Delivery Methods

We deliver to all of Europe – contact us if you need other options.

You have two delivery options in our online store:

• Package in Mailbox – Posten/Bring When shopping with us, you can have your order delivered free of charge on all full price orders above 1500 NOK (79 kr on orders below). The package will be delivered to your mailbox, if not possible it will be delivered at the door.
• DHL When shopping with us, you can have your order delivered to you address for a shipping fee set by DHL.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is normally 1-4 business days after the package has been dispatched within Norway. For deliveries to other European countries, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. During peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. If you have not received your package within 12 days (or longer for international shipments), it is your responsibility to contact us. After one month, the item is considered delivered.

You are responsible for providing the correct email and phone number when placing an order. Please check your spam folder, as emails may end up there.
