Claims and Complaints

If there is a defect with the product, you have the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the date of receipt. This requires notifying us within a reasonable time and presenting a receipt and/or order number as proof of purchase. The right to claim does not apply if the product has been excessively used or washed incorrectly.

To file a complaint, email us at admin@fogg.no to receive a complaint form. We will cover the return shipping costs for valid complaints.

Right of Withdrawal, Exchange, and Returns

According to consumer protection laws, you have a full right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving your order. The right of withdrawal applies even to discounted items. A withdrawal form is included with all orders and must be used. Items must be unused, have intact labels, and be returned in their original packaging.

The customer covers the return shipping cost.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item purchased from us, fill out the included withdrawal form and return the item.

For exchanges involving different prices, place a new order in the online store, and we will refund the amount for the returned product. You are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us when returning goods. We recommend using a tracked shipment for security.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@fogg.no
