Who We Are

FOGG was founded in 2011 by the Gildeskål sisters, Gøril Pedersen and Frøydis Pedersen. By combining our professions – bunad master and architect – we design modern garments rooted in traditional coastal culture.

Adventure, perseverance, creativity, and collaboration are essential qualities for those who live in the rugged northern climate. The harsh environment and the distance between people can make life challenging.

Our vision is to make the world warmer by sharing the Arctic lifestyle and mindset. In the North, we have a close connection to nature, and sustainability is in our DNA.

For us, this means designing and producing high-quality garments meant to be loved and last. We use only natural fibers, primarily pure wool, a material with deep traditions in the North. Our garments are produced ethically in Norway and other locations.
